Synopsis

A practical discussion of mediation of intellectual property (IP) and technology disputes in the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand will take place in this session. The nuances of mediation in each of the respective jurisdictions will be brought out in this unique session which will include practical insights based on real case experience.

The distinguished panel will provide an overview of how mediation interacts with court processes and how mediation may be utilized by parties during the litigation process. Participants will have the unique opportunity to hear about the nuances of each of the jurisdictions and compare and contrast the different approaches that can be had to mediation.
